History

I'm Dr. Megan Phillips, and I'm a licensed psychologist and the Founder and Director of Cottonwood Psychology Center. I created this practice in 2016 to help new moms who may be struggling with feeling like they are overwhelmed and alone. Whatever stage of the parenting journey they were on, I wanted to be in their corner the whole way. Since that time, we have grown to include several highly skilled clinicians who are well-equipped to not only support mama, but the whole family as well. We will work with your unique needs to meet your goals in a timely and lasting way so that you can get back to your life.

We are a group practice that specializes in women's mental health, parental mental health and postpartum depression. We accept Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, and United Health Insurance. We serve all of North Orange County. Our specialties include Women's Mental Health, Maternal & Parental Mental Health, New and Expectant Fathers, Adults, Young Adults, LGBTQ, Family Relationships, Infertility and Pregnancy Loss, Premarital Counseling and Divorce
