History

Cosmotion was created in 2004 by Kate Nash who realized people wanted something more from their fitness and health programs. She found out that people wanted to move in a way that was more playful, relaxing.. yet gave them great results too. We opened our doors in early December 2004 and people came pouring in to our classes. They loved the look and feel of the studio space. They enjoyed meeting other people who enjoyed the same programs as they did. We have since grown into a community of people who care about each other, who know their fellow dancers by name. Community is vital for our health and well being. Cosmotion continues today with a growing class schedule and new events each month.

I didn't love Cosmotion. The classes were a decent work out but there was too much "spiritual" stuff mixed in. The forced laughter and rolling around on the floor made me uncomfortable. I also...
