first time coming to pick up an order and the red haired girl was ...... unwelcoming to say the least. Seemed like she hated life and her job. Super cool, and didn't want to be bothered.

I just checked my CosmoProf near and statement and I shop at the one in Murrieta or Temecula somebody's been using my account and Chino so I'll be reporting it

If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible customer service I needed help looking for a toner and the associate was very rude and not very helpful with searching with me for what I needed....
