this Cosmo Prof is outstanding the girls that work. There are amazing. And the store is clean. Everything is priced and organized well.

I placed an order online for some trimmers and received them with hair in them. I immediately called to return them and she had to speak to her supervisor. Im still waiting, its been almost 2 weeks.

Would be zero stars if I could. Chelsea has the worst customer service and the manager here supports it. Go elsewhere because chances are they won't even sell to you if they could. Waste of time...
