Cortez Hills Apartments

Location is perfect. Close enough to downtown to walk, but without all the noise. Made a few maintenance request since moving in nearly 2 years ago, and they were fixed promptly.

I had an appointment at 1:30pm only to be told the tour guide is on lunch til 2. I wanted til 2:15 and still no fucking contact. I had to walk to the leasing office just for some dude to tell me...

I think this place has really changed over the past few years. I moved here in 2019, and I've had nothing but a very positive experience! The manager, John, is really great, quick to handle...

The rent continually goes up here every 6-12 months. The manager, Leti, is very nice but the management clearly does not care about the turnover rate here, regardless of how loyal tenants have...

If i could give zero I would. DO NOT RENT here. No support from management. Stressed out all the time. Pipes just burst. Kitchen and bathroom are flooded..
