Corelogic has no logic in its Evaluations, they don't even use right properties as comparatives. Work for the lender and to suit their needs and opinions. Not an ethical company at all....Just...

They are the 3rd party flood certification company on our appraisal. Didn't visit the property, look at elevation lines or do an elevation survey. Seemingly they just looked at high-level FEMA map...
