I Called to come in for a tattoo today & he said he was too busy, he was going to a dinner. I called at 1pm!! Guess he doesn't want to make some money.

History
Tattoo Tom has been tattooing since 1979, started right here in Lake County. In 1993, he opened Cool Ghoul Tattoo Emporium at 428 E Burnside St, Portland, OR, where he tattooed many patrons including, but not limited to, some very well known members of the music industry. In the mid 2000's, he moved back to his hometown where he has improved all aspects of his skill. Tattooing has been the main focus of his art for over 30 years.
Specialties
We believe in offering quality work at a reasonable price. The process is special for each person so we don't stack appointments so each person gets their individual time and focus. All tattoos are custom drawn with you there, so every step has your approval. A good relationship is beneficial to both the artist and the client. We offer all piercings, including dermals. If we don't have the jewelry you're looking for when it heals, we are more than happy to order it for you and you pay when on pick-up.
