Contractors License Courses

At Contractors License Courses (CLC) we're dedicated to our students' success, and offer comprehensive study courses to prepare for the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) exams. If you have worked at least four of the last ten years in a building trade, we can help you apply to the CSLB for a California contractor's license in that trade. Apprenticeship programs, technical training related to your trade, and college courses related to the construction business also count toward the four year total. To get your license, you need to send a completed application to the CSLB proving your experience. Then you take two exams at a state testing site, one on your trade and one on the law. We help you do both, successfully!
