Constance Chu, MD

Dr. Lewis specializes in autoimmune connective tissue diseases, immunobullous diseases, and other inflammatory skin diseases including psoriasis and sarcoidosis. He completed medical school at The George Washington University School of Medicine and dermatology residency at The University of Rochester, where he was chief resident. He also completed a Master’s of Public Health at Johns Hopkins and a fellowship in autoimmune connective tissue diseases at Stanford University. He believes multidisciplinary and holistic care is key to treat patients with systemic inflammatory diseases. He holds a rheumatology-dermatology clinic with a rheumatologist, Dr. Janice Lin, as well as a dermatology-ophthalmology clinic with an ophthalmologist, Dr.

Addie Peretz, MD, is a board certified Neurologist and a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology & Neurological Sciences. Her clinical interests focus on the diagnosis and treatment of headache and facial pain conditions. She is involved in medical education, and received the Robert S. Fisher Teaching Award for excellence in Neurology resident teaching of Stanford medical students. Her research interests include understanding the biological underpinnings of migraine and chronic daily headaches. She also participates in clinical trials of new headache treatments.

I am a physician scientist in the field of sleep medicine in aging and brain function. Using combined polysomnogram and novel neuroimaging technology, I aim to identify potential sleep biomarkers to investigate the mechanism of progression from normal aging to Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or dementia. I also investigate the impact of sleep on cognitive/affective function or behavior abnormality in various neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders.
