The worse internet company in these parts. I've had no problem with their installer, but along with the internet the customer service is great either. Sorry!

Your customer service is complete trash. Wanting a $7.95 "convenience fee" for doing something over the phone is both hilarious and sad. I'd give you less than 1 star if I could.
