Conrad sold his first home to a young family with kids in San Francisco in 2007 for $900,000. Since then he moved to Roseville with his wife in 2013 and has never looked back. He loves our close access to several lakes, rivers, mountains here in Placer County. His business has exploded here in Roseville and he has sold over 100 homes to happy customers in the area. Now Conrad loves to keep in touch with his clients with BBQs and meetups at the many parks nearby :)
