Connect Hearing Long Beach is part of a nationwide chain of convenient neighborhood hearing care centers. We are open and accepting appointments for current and new patients. To support the efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19, we are coordinating with health authorities and have instituted a number of measures to protect our patients and staff. The audiologist here is great! Brian Flores and his office staff are all friendly and supportive. My insurance led me to Nations Hearing and they found my neighborhood Connect Hearing for me....

Randy no longer works at the Ximeno store ..... Neither does his secretary .... changes the whole dynamic ..... Charged for fixing a broken hearing aid ( which I was fine with ) Told the other...

Excellent excellent excellent, from the front desk call and greeting (don't know the lady's name) to Randy that conducted the exam... fabulous service and I would highly recommend them to anyone....
