Congregation B'nai Shalom is one of the largest conservative synagogues in Northern California's Contra Costa County in the United States. The synagogue emphasizes on traditional Judaism along with other new forms of religious experiences. It is a conservative congregation that is affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. Congregation B nai Shalom s Ma'ayan B'nai Shalom Religious School has been recognized as a Framework for Excellence School by the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. It also publishes a bulletin called Hadashot. The synagogue operates a preschool, Gan B'nai Shalom, which offers education related to Jewish value to students. In addition, it offers youth services through United Synagogue Youth, which is international organization for Jewish high-school students. Congregation B'nai Shalom is located in Walnut Creek, Wash.

We've been members for years and have children at all levels in the religious school. This is a good place for those who want tradition without stuffiness. Cantor Dinkin in particular is awesome.
