Condor Squadron
The Condor Squadron is a non-profit organization established in 1965 by World War II fighter pilots, dedicated to honoring military aviation through flight exhibitions and remembrance. They fly WWII North American AT-6 airplanes in formation at various events, such as parades and memorial services, to commemorate veterans and preserve important aviation history.
In addition to their aerial displays, the Condor Squadron maintains museum sites at Van Nuys Airport and the Portal of The Folded Wings Shrine to Aviation in Burbank. They also engage with the community by hosting events like their annual Easter Egg Hunt and welcoming aviation enthusiasts to their facilities.
