Each of our apartments features Central Ac/heat, gas stove and dishwasher, garbage disposal, ceiling fan in the dining area, private patio or balcony and paid water and trash. We are also the Pet friendliest community in Riverside. We accept large breeds of dogs w/ just $300 pet deposit and NO monthly pet rent.
