They forgot I was waiting for my paperwork and after an hour when I told them I was waiting on updates they called the back and gave me the paper. Simple work and they can't even do it timely ?

Extremely long wait. They show empathy to your needs. They take X-rays, give you items you need at the time. Hard to get in touch with them. Trying to call them in regards to appointments no...
