Honestly I don't know how they have people working at the front desk like the girl who is currently helping with loans, zero compassion and 0 resourceful... she doesn't give options, doesn't help...

This credit union genuinely cares about making a difference in the community. Ayudan a personas que no tiene seguro social. Todas las chicas son muy lindas y atienden con mucha paciencia.

Spoke to an Associate by the Name Diane. She was extremely Rude. Just went in to ask some questions. Can believe they have employees with such horrible customer service.
