They NEVER answer their phones. I've tried all departments and nothing!!! I submitted a request on their website and even sent a fax asking them to answer their phones or to call me and nothing....

do not go this place. they will rip you off even if you have insurance, they will charge you tons of money for consultation fee. which means extra cost for patient. they are just chinese robbery.
