We are Repossession Company, and I know that most people are angry with us because of the actions that have happened to them, and therefore we a part of that anger to them. Please, we understand your frustration, but we are doing a job that is a necessary part of all our lives. Even as tough as this is, we will to be respectful. Lets make it as easy as possible as it can be. Yes, there are going to be fee's, and a majority are set by the financial company's policy with us prior to the recovery of the car. Their customer service is beyond awful, try calling them, you'll be in for a treat, every option you select leads to a voicemail. And once you leave a voicemail, guess what? They don't call...
