they helped clear only half of cases supposedly and they stopped helping even though I am a low income citizen I wish they were more helpful and then reference me to some expensive lawyer

Hard to make an appointment, but patience is your friend. Once an appointment is made the process is smooth. Very helpful and detailed with explanations. Would definitely recommend.
