Community Family Guidance Center

Community Family Guidance Center is a nonprofit mental health agency for children and their families. The center s special education program offers counseling, case management and substance abuse treatment services. Its hospital diversion program offers crisis intervention and stabilization services. The center also provides foster care, outpatient therapy, community outreach and transitional services. Its therapists provide psychosocial and clinical assessment, parent education and play therapy services.
