HistoryOur main office is located in Castro Valley. We currently manage 81 Homeowner Associations in the greater bay area. Walsh Property Management has managed exclusively homeowner associations since 1977. We do not manage rental properties and we do not sell real estate. This sets us aside from the rest with our full focus on management. Company owner Edward Walsh, has completed the CAI and CACM education courses and is a member of ECHO, CACM, and CAI organizations supporting and assisting homeowner associations. We have 14 managers, many also have CACM and CMCA designations, and 6 admin/accounting staff to support your association.SpecialtiesWalsh Property Management has been open since 1977.
