Customer service is a joke... won't even respond to emails and pretend they forgot about you so they won't have to fulfill your order. They screw up and deliver when all you did was ask for a quote.

Very disappointed with the new policies under the new ownership. They do not accept "exchanges" any more, instead they process everything as a return with a 20% restocking fee and then you buy...
