Terrible "bank". Does not report to your credit unless it's derogatory. No one seems to know what's going on with the Loan. Best thing I did was refi out of this "bank".

I wouldn't recommend it they have false locations on google and it's a hassle just to try and get a hold of someone and they make you feel very unwelcomed over the phone.
