This bank is so stupid. I just wanted to exchange rolled up coins into bills and the Asian lady says I have to bank with them to exchange rolled up coins to bills.

My dad died and had an account at Comerica. I live out of state and they have no Comerica banks here. To close my dad's account they demand you come into a branch office. The death was bad enough...
