I've had AT&T for a while now but their internet service has just been horrid. So, I finally decided to make the jump to Comcast even though I was a little unsure about their customer service....

The product is crap. The value is crap. The service is crap, if you can get it. Keep changing "boxes "almost every 2-3 weeks with no improvement. I am looking into reading, books, book clubs etc!

Three days in the last month we have lost wifi connectivity to our home for an extended period of time. The service returns then goes out again.

Don't use this service. They are a rip off. I received this service because I was told it's internet was faster than what was using. They gave me a discount, which was more than I was paying but...

Hate to give them even one star. Spent hours on the phone and couldn't get to a human. Their phone system is very anti-consumer. It is designed to force you to make decisions that benefit them...
