My go to spot for rice plates and nem nuong cuon. Moved down a little but has outdoor seating.

I highly recommend Com Tam Suon Bi Cha and Vietnamese Coffee. The address is a bit confusing as there're couple of places which has the same name. I guess this place is the original one.
