Just stayed here for one night while taking a mini road trip down the coast. We really enjoyed our night at The Colton Inn and will likely make this our 1st choice place to stay for future visits...

We loved everything! Friendly check in and checkout. Room sparkling clean and comfortable. Not a chain so tge check-in and front desk closes at 11:PM so be aware of that. Continental breakfast...

Horrible dump! This hotel is so old and out of date. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation happening next door. The beds are so lumpy and uncomfortable I couldn't sleep all...

Great stay. Nice clean room, and the staff was very accommodating. We would stay here again if we come back to monterey.
