Wow, what a fun event held at MCAS Miramar. I've found that most 5k events are only done to get in some basic walking exercise, perhaps for a noteworthy cause. Sometimes 5Ks are downright boring....

$29.00 registration fee, well worth! My family and I enjoyed the event. By the way the event was not a full 5K and in fact 2.8 miles. Parking was a mess come early.
