It's not good but it's not bad either. If you're bougie you won't like it but if you're modest you might. My favorite part of this place is a few of their rooms have the HUGEST tubs I've ever seen...

Yes, we saw a few homeless people making tents for the night nearby. But the hotel is somewhat gated, close to lots of eateries, and a few minutes walk to our son's apartment in North Hollywood....

Dirty and smelly room with dirty stained sheets. This is the worst room that I've ever stayed in and they would not refund us.

Hotel has bed bugs!!! Stayed 11/06/24. Found them in the bed alive. All hotel staff said was sorry! Please avoid this hotel.
