History

I and my husband as been investors since 1987 when I purchased my first house. Then we purchased commercial building and turned into Route 66 Collectable Cars in Seaside. The purchased a duplex, then apartment buildings, then corporate commercial in the a couple of states and owned numerous single dwellings throughout the United States. I am a negotiator, a problem solver, an attentive listener. I am persistent and work with a never give up attitude. Making the seller and buyer experience without stress. Fun!
