I set up an appointment and the first available was in 8 days. On the day of the scheduled appointment they call and say we don't service your area anymore. Really? Could have at least honored...

I never have a problem calling and having our equipment repaired. Having a contract really helps. Garrett is trustworthy and very helpful.

The technician that came out to repair my freezer was very nice and honest. He did such a great job. I know now I will call them for some other repairs of mine in the future.
