History

Sherry Reasbeck started her private practice to provide personal and career counseling. Dr. Reasbeck then expanded her practice to provide CEU units to mental health professionals in Cognitive Therapy. She currently is in the process of starting Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy groups.

Dr. Reasbeck provides individual, couples and career counseling. She is recognized as a local expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is a Certified Affiliate with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, an International organization certifying Cognitive Behavioral Therapists. Her CBT training meets ACT requirements by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. Dr. Reasbeck provides Practical Tools to help you make positive changes in your life. She works with depression, anxiety, sress, career counseling, life coaching, relationship issues. She counsels on food, alcohol, drug, smoking addictions. She helps change core beliefs formed in childhood, Schema Change. As a career counselor, she helps you find a career path and coaches on how to find work opportunities. She provides training for CEU Hours in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychologists, marriage and family therapists, licensed clinical social workers, interns, nurses, weekends in San Diego. .
