I would recommend going thru your credit card to dispute the charge (charge back) if you can't get a refund. It's much easier. Good luck y'all

Only source for Electronic textbook materials for a required college class. Clunky e-book. Reader works one-page at a time. Wish there were other options. Go elsewhere if you can!
