The lesson starts with the instructor asking my 8 year old, "what do you want to do today?" There's no agenda or road map. If my 8 year old asks questions the instructor googles for the answers.

They don't answer phone calls, and scheduling can only be done via text. There are many students, and the person handling scheduling is not flexible, making it difficult to set appointments....

They don't give coding instructors a chance at many classes. Terrible company with little communication. Basecamp is also a messy app.
