Hallways are constantly dirty and smelly. Have seen multiple body fluids from humans and pets in stairways. Overall it seems that a lack of staff leads to overwork of employees. Jay was a great...

I currently live in Coburn Crossing and their snow plow it's horrible they don't even send a letter or something for us to move for them to clean or anything..... NOT EVEN HANDICAPPED parking...
