Established in 1950, Lou Grant Parent-Child Workshop (LGPCW) is a cooperative preschool as well as parent education center. Located in Carpentaria, Calif., the workshop caters to the educational and social development needs of preschoolers of ages three through five and their parents across Carpentaria and the surrounding areas.
