History

Hallmark Escrow Co., Inc. has been in business for over 40 years and is proud of its longevity and the achievements of all Escrow Officers and staff. We have always been an Independent Escrow Company licensed to close escrows in all of the State of California and are regulated by the Department of Business Oversight (DBO). We are a member of the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation (EAFC) as well as the Escrow Institute of California (EIC). We are dedicated to all our buyers, sellers and real estate agents as we continue to improve the Customer Experience.

Hallmark Escrow Co., Inc. specializes in closing transactions on time while providing peace of mind to all of our clients. This is why we offer our Close On Time Guarantee. We also offer a 25% Discount on our base escrow fee to all Active and Non-Active Military Personnel as well as a 25% Discount on our base escrow fee to all Senior Citizens 65 years of age or older (one discount per transaction). In addition, our trust accounts are reconciled daily to make sure deposits remain safe, 80% of our Escrow Officers have 15 to 20 years experience in the Escrow Industry and 50% are certified through the California Escrow Association (CEA).
