History

Co-Create Wellness was started out of a strong desire to help others to awaken to their truest life's expression because we once struggled to understand our own true purpose. We have come to understand that one of our soul desires is to assist people to connect with their inner soul and awaken to their soul's divine purpose in a way that allows them to fully integrate this purpose into their daily life.

Specialties

It has been said that everything that has ever been created, everything that exists, is made of frequency and vibration. When our bodies are in alignment with its original tone, it can begin to heal itself. However, toxins, daily stress, environmental pollutants, constantly invade our bodies which cause our own unique song (vibration, frequency, energy) to become scrambled. Sound Therapy through the use of tuning forks helps to realign one's energy to a state of balance and centeredness. As the Solfeggio frequencies work to activate your energy centers, (chakras) and allow the energy to flow freely, your body is then open to receiving support from the other modalities you may choose to explore in your own journey.
