One thing i hear more than anything is how somone paid so much for a High pressure bed and didnt see much well the fact is these beds use almost all UVA which is the main cancer causing ray and the one that ruins and wrinkles your skin for its so harsh, yes UVB can hurt also but if you dont burn yourself and take your time this ray UVB is the only ray that you get Vitiman D from and more vitiman D than anything else up to 20,000 times more than anything else and it prevents breast cancer up to 50 to 80 percent and many other cancers with moderation outside sun is also good but in small amounts..Simply said High pressure beds and long periods in out door sun will ruin your skin but tanning it self is not bad in regular doeses in regular beds.. Fact ..you need sun to survive
