Absolutely loved this place. I used a trial class for 30 mins and it was pretty good, nicely paced and the instructor was amazing. Definitely thinking about checking it out for monthly sessions

Love this place! I stopped procrastinating and signed up for the free introductory class a year ago and it's been the best decision I made for my health ! Give it a try , you won't be disappointed.
