Clark Street was founded in 2014 in Los Angeles. It started out of an apartment in West Hollywood on Clark Drive where Zack Hall baked organic sourdough bread and sold at farmer's markets and restaurants. In 2019 the main bakery opened in Echo Park. Today there are café locations in Larchmont, Brentwood, Beverly Hills serving breakfast, lunch, coffee bread and pastries. There is also a classic American Diner and a bar called Lily's in Hollywood.
