Clarity Design was created in 1991 by President and Founder Tom Lupfer. Since 1991, the company has grown to over 70 employees on site located in Rancho Bernardo. With 7 expansions over the last 4 years alone, Clarity Design has the space and ability to accommodate any of your engineering and manufacturing needs.

Clarity Design is a full-service engineering and manufacturing firm that excels at turning ideas into a reality. We create cost-effective, highly manufacturable products for a variety of applications including, but not limited to, medical, industrial, audio/video, retail, and embedded control. Our design team consists of experienced electrical and mechanical engineers, software developers, and PCB designers. We place a large emphasis on manufacturing so that everything we produce is ready to go to production. We are skilled in DSP, audio/video, PCB, industrial design and much more.
