My 8 year old daughter is like white on rice, flies on....(you get the idea) when it comes to spotting a Claire's store! We always have to stop in whenever she sees one and this Vacaville location...

Notice time stamp says 4:06, yet the door was locked. Claires should do better about handling their employee breaks and not inconvenience their customers. Very disappointed
