Cindy's team didn't really know what they were doing and ended up making mistakes on my tax return. On top of that, their service was pretty bad--they kept making excuses and delaying things...

Not sure about all international locations listed on their name card LOL, they have only one small office in Newark, I won't feel confident for them to touch my taxes. Don't seem knowledgeable!
