UPDATE 9-22-25: Back in my 5-16-25 review, I mentioned the large dumpster outside City Villas. It blocks a driveway and sits directly under several tenants' windows, stinking up the whole area....

If you like living somewhere with 11+ hours with no running water in your entire apartment building with little to no communication of an ETA to fix the issue, you should move here.

This is the worst place to live. The property manager Ronna is so disrespectful she has no customer service skills at all. There is always an issue with the "amenities" and she's never pleasant....
