Unlike the previously written review I don't see anything wrong with a city heavily populated with minorities. That's what America is all about. . . Different types of people coming together....

There were two cashiers under finance/business license. the middle aged Latina lady is extremely rude and helpless. Told me to wait for 3 weeks without knowing any preconditions, ended up yelling...

Garbage and shelters in the neighborhood park. Sad when local parks are too dirty to safely take your kids to play. La Habra City, try cleaning up now and then. It works wonders.
