City of Dreams is a non-profit organization based in San Francisco, CA, dedicated to helping underserved youth in the city's challenged neighborhoods build brighter futures through mentorship and youth development. With a mission to end the generational cycle of poverty, City of Dreams provides positive adult presence and support to guide youth in achieving their personal and academic goals through mentorship programs, gardening and financial literacy education, experiential field trips, afterschool programming, and life skills courses.
Since 2004, City of Dreams has made a significant impact in the Bayview neighborhoods, reaching a total of youth and driving positive change in their lives. Through partnerships with NBA Cares, Warrior's Dubs Community, and other community organizations, City of Dreams is able to uplift and empower youth by providing education, support, and opportunities for self-exploration. Joining the fight against poverty, City of Dreams invites individuals to donate, become mentors, start fundraisers, and partner with them to make a difference in the lives of San Francisco's underserved youth.
