The staff was great first of all . My son said it was more intense then His football training and he like it he was exited to go back the next day. So far so great I would recommend

Friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff in an authentic boxing gym with some funky touches. You will feel so good and strong when you finish your class. Try it - first visit is free.

Yes it's one of the best spots to work out in 10 /10 for sure and if you see Alex let him know how to say thanks in Spanish he will tech you
