History

City Lights was established in 1991 by Brian Young, a retired retailer from England. Started as a hobby in an office building on Morena Blvd, City Lights hit a niche and quickly became a must see destination for locals and tourists alike. In 2000, City Lights moved to its current location, a 40,000 Square foot Christmas Wonderland on Knoxville St.
